To exercise this right, you must notify us via email.

Returned items must be in good condition.

Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless otherwise specified.

All products are covered by a 3-year legal guarantee, in accordance with Spanish consumer law.

In the event of a defect or lack of conformity, the consumer has the right to repair, replacement, or refund as applicable.

KOUST shall not be liable for indirect damages, except where required by applicable law.
