Orders placed at KOUST are shipped from Spain.

Shipping areas

Currently, KOUST only ships within mainland Spain.

At this time, we do not ship to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or internationally.

Order preparation

Orders are prepared within 1 to 5 business days from order confirmation.

During this process, each order is checked and prepared before shipping.

Shipping time

Once shipped, delivery takes 24 to 48 business hours within mainland Spain.

Estimated delivery time

The total estimated delivery time is 2 to 7 business days.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout, depending on the order.

Order tracking

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email with tracking information.

Delivery

An order is considered delivered when the customer, or a third party indicated by the customer, takes physical possession of the product.

If delivery cannot be completed, the shipping company may contact the customer to arrange a new delivery attempt.

Shipping issues

KOUST is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond the company’s control, such as logistical issues, force majeure, or errors in the address provided by the customer, without prejudice to the rights granted to consumers under applicable regulations.

High demand periods

During drops or periods of high demand, preparation times may be slightly extended.
